Introduction
The Genomic DNA Isolation Dual Kit (Tissue) is designed specifically for genomic DNA isolation from fresh, frozen or FFPE tissue. The reagent system ensures genomic DNA with high yield and good quality from samples while the spin column system purifies and concentrate genomic DNA products previously isolated with reagents, thus combining the strengths of both systems. Purified genomic DNA is suitable for use in PCR or other enzymatic reactions.
